Just a few steps down from the pond, towards the right, is a limpish looking baggy plant (gawd, I can't think how else to describe it!). Click on it a couple of times to get really close and you will see that you can click on the front of it and it will fill up with the contents of the pond, including the electric fish.
You can move the fish two more times using similar plants lower down.
I can't find the two other plants.
Ok, I have moved the fish two more times but bird is still trapped.
